Jakarta, July 30 -- Indonesia and Italy have submitted concrete recommendations on security issues related to the Two-State Solution, developed through consultations with all UN member states.

The two countries were entrusted to lead the Working Group on Security Issues as part of the preparation process for the conference held at the UN Headquarters in New York from July 28 to 30, according to a written statement from Indonesia's Foreign Affairs Ministry on Tuesday, July 29.

Indonesian Deputy Foreign Minister Arrmanatha Nasir, who led the Indonesian delegation to the conference, stated that the working group aimed to identify security guarantees, as well as define the scope and tasks of a stabilization mission under UN command.
