Jakarta, Nov. 28 -- Indonesian Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin and his Indian counterpart Rajnath Singh explored new cooperation opportunities and exchanged views on key issues during the 3rd India-Indonesia Defense Ministers' Dialogue in New Delhi.

According to a press release on Friday, the two ministers met on Thursday (November 27) and discussed several international security concerns.

"Among the issues highlighted during the talks was the importance of maintaining the Indo-Pacific as a free, peaceful, and stable region, supported by the ASEAN Outlook on the Indo-Pacific and the Indo-Pacific Ocean Initiative," the release stated.
