Jakarta, July 18 -- The governments of Indonesia and France have held a dialogue in Paris to strengthen bilateral cooperation across various sectors, especially in the creative economy and culture.

Indonesia was represented by Creative Economy Minister Teuku Riefky Harsya and Culture Minister Fadli Zon at the Strategic Cultural Dialogue, held at the invitation of French Culture Minister Rachida Dati, who previously visited Indonesia with President Emmanuel Macron in May.

"This meeting reflects our commitment to advancing the creative economy as a tool of cultural and economic diplomacy under President Prabowo Subianto's administration," Minister Harsya noted in a press release here on Friday.
