Jakarta, May 29 -- Indonesia and France have signed an agreement to strengthen five key sectors of the creative economy.
Indonesia's Minister of Creative Economy, Teuku Riefky Harsya, said the partnership marks a significant step in enhancing the global competitiveness of Indonesia's creative industries while developing local talent.
"We will facilitate the exchange of creative economy players between both countries, allowing them to learn from each other and gain deeper industry insights," Harsya said after meeting French Culture Minister Rachida Dati on Wednesday.
The collaboration focuses on five creative economy sub-sectors: gaming, film, design, fashion, and crafts.
