Jakarta, July 14 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen began discussion on establishing a strategic partnership to strengthen cooperation between Indonesia and the European Union (EU) across various sectors.

The discussion took place during a bilateral meeting between President Subianto and President von der Leyen at the European Commission Office, Berlaymont Building, Brussels, Belgium, on Sunday. This visit marks President Subianto's first to the European Union headquarters.
