Jakarta, Feb. 7 -- The Indonesian Navy (TNI-AL) and the Egyptian Navy have bolstered cooperation to enhance their capability to protect the maritime sovereignty of the two nations.

The collaboration was highlighted by the meeting of the Indonesian defense attache in Cairo, Colonel Dafris D. Syahruddin, with the commander of the Egyptian Navy, Vice Admiral Ashraf Ibrahim Atwa Megahed, at the Egyptian Navy headquarters in Alexandria on Wednesday.
