Beijing, April 19 -- A 2+2 format ministerial dialogue is planned in Beijing, China, where Indonesia's Foreign Affairs Minister Sugiono and Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin will meet with their Chinese counterparts, according to China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

At a press conference in Beijing on Friday (April 18), the ministry's spokesperson, Lin Jian, shared the information, stating that Chinese Foreign Affairs Minister Wang Yi and National Defense Minister Dong Jun will host the Indonesian envoys on April 21.

The upcoming dialogue is officially called the First Ministerial Meeting of the China-Indonesia Joint Foreign and Defense Ministerial Dialogue.
