Jakarta, Jan. 12 -- The governments of Indonesia and Bosnia and Herzegovina have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish defense and military cooperation.
The agreement was concluded during a meeting between Indonesian Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin and his Bosnian counterpart, Zukan Helez, in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on Sunday.
"This visit is aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and exploring avenues for strategic cooperation in the defense sector," Indonesia's Ministry of Defense stated in a press release issued in Jakarta on Monday.
