Jakarta, May 23 -- Indonesian Foreign Minister Sugiono and Bosnia and Herzegovina's Ambassador to Indonesia, Armin Limo, agreed to enhance cooperation in areas that can improve the welfare of both nations' citizens.
The two met in Jakarta on Thursday (May 22) to discuss the potential for economic cooperation, especially in the field of trade.
Thus, Sugiono encouraged business actors of both countries to explore opportunities to expand market access for Indonesian products in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Trade between Indonesia and Bosnia and Herzegovina has continued to grow post-COVID-19, with the value of bilateral trade in 2024 reaching US$12.8 million, according to a statement from the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
