Jakarta, July 10 -- Indonesia and Austria are exploring opportunities to cooperate in vocational training and human resource development, the Ministry of Manpower announced on Thursday.

"Austria is known for its strong vocational system, which aligns well with industry needs. We believe this collaboration can open new opportunities to enhance the competence of Indonesia's workforce," said Manpower Minister Yassierli.

During a meeting with Austrian Ambassador Thomas Loidl, Yassierli stressed the importance of vocational cooperation as part of a broader strategy to upskill workers and boost global competitiveness.
