Jakarta, June 23 -- Manpower Minister Yassierli emphasized that inclusivity, or ensuring no one is left behind, continues to be the main principle in formulating national manpower policies.

In an official statement here on Monday, he underlined that the principle aligns with the characteristics of a welfare state, where the government ensures equitable access to employment and work protection for its citizens.

He explained that as a concrete step to implement this principle, the Ministry of Manpower has established the Directorate of Disability Job Placement.
