Jakarta, Dec. 9 -- President Prabowo Subianto reaffirmed Indonesia's commitment to supporting the Palestinian struggle, particularly regarding the humanitarian situation in Gaza.

He conveyed this in a joint statement with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad on Tuesday.

Prabowo said that Indonesia is aligning its foreign policy to support Palestine.

"We are also aligning our foreign policy because we share the same stance and principles, particularly regarding Palestine and Gaza. Our ministers, our foreign ministers, continue to communicate closely, and we will always maintain a shared stance on this matter," he pointed out.

According to Prabowo, Indonesia will not waver in its continued support for Palestine.
