Denpasar, Nov. 13 -- The Directorate General of Immigration has strengthened oversight of foreign nationals (WNA) in Bali by opening two new offices in Tabanan District and Klungkung District.

The initiative aims to expand immigration service coverage while improving supervision of foreign nationals' activities in the island's tourism areas.

Acting Director General of Immigration, Yuldi Yusman, said the new offices were established in areas with high demand for immigration services.

"Regions identified as having significant immigration service needs can now be better accommodated," he said in a press statement received in Denpasar on Thursday.
