Jakarta, June 26 -- The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has recorded a significant surge in initial public offering (IPO) listings this year, with Rp7.01 trillion (approximately US$427 million) raised by 14 new companies so far.

Among the new entrants, three stand out as "lighthouse companies," or firms with a market capitalization of at least Rp3 trillion (approximately US$183 million) and a free float market capitalization exceeding Rp700 billion (approximately US$43 million).

"(The IDX's) growth momentum continues in 2025, with 14 new stock listings until the end of May 2025. Of these new listings, three are 'lighthouse IPOs,'" president director of IDX, Iman Rachman, said here on Wednesday.
