Depok, West Java, Feb. 22 -- Eleven students from the Master's Program in Medical Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at the University of Indonesia (UI) have received scholarships from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

The scholarships are valued at a total of around Rp440 million, or around US$26,900.

The scholarship is provided in the form of training under the IAEA national project INS6022 titled "Expansion of Radiation Medicine in Indonesia."

Dean of FMIPA, Prof. Dede Djuhana, stated at the UI Campus here on Saturday that this program aligns with the efforts to transform the health sector initiated by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
