Jakarta, March 24 -- President Director of state railway company PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI), Didiek Hartantyo, stated that the peak of the homecoming flow during the 2025 Eid holiday period is projected to occur on Friday (March 28).

Meanwhile, he explained that the government's work-from-anywhere (WFA) policy for employees in government agencies and several private companies has led to the early movements of people traveling for homecoming, even 10 days before Eid al-Fitr, or on March 23-24.

"The estimated peak of the homecoming flow will be on March 28 and 29," Hartantyo remarked when met at Gambir Station here on Monday.
