Jakarta, Feb. 20 -- The central government has launched the National Single Socioeconomic Data (DTSEN) as a new reference for all ministries, institutions, and regional governments for social assistance and empowerment programs.
"President Prabowo Subianto ordered all ministries and institutions to submit the data to Statistics Indonesia (BPS) for validation and becoming a single data," Social Affairs Minister Saifullah Yusuf informed in a statement released on Thursday.
As per the presidential instruction, his ministry is responsible for carrying out data updates through formal channels, such as hamlet officials, up to the DTSEN level.
