Jakarta, Dec. 17 -- The Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming has emphasized that the national downstreaming program is designed to benefit all segments of society, including persons with disabilities.

Deputy for Strategic Investment Downstreaming Heldy Satrya Putera in a statement here on Wednesday said that downstreaming should not focus solely on increasing economic value added, but must also function as an empowerment tool that promotes fairness and inclusivity in development.

"An inclusive business environment is key to ensuring that no one is left behind in the development process," he said.
