Jakarta, Jan. 28 -- Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Minister Arifah Choiri Fauzi urged women to help educate their family members on health, raising their awareness of the significance of medical screenings.

Fauzi made the statement in connection with President Prabowo Subianto's upcoming launch of the Free Medical Check-up program in February this year.

"Once a woman or a mother in a family has become aware of the importance of health, she will encourage her family members to undergo a health screening," the minister noted in her office's release cited here on Tuesday.
