Jakarta, Feb. 11 -- Deputy for industry and investment at the Ministry of Tourism, Rizki Handayani Mustafa, has informed that the government is currently carrying out reform to develop the tourism sector and realize sustainable tourism.
"The government is currently carrying out a restructuring or reform of all sectors, including tourism," she said at the National Conference of the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI), which was aired on Tuesday.
Mustafa said that the government is seeking to improve tourism regulations and management and address tourism-related issues so that the sector can make a greater contribution to the country's economic growth.
