Serang, Banten, Dec. 20 -- Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas Maruarar Sirait emphasized that easing access to homeownership for low-income communities (MBR) is a government priority.

Sirait made the statement while attending the mass signing of Housing Payment Liquidity Facility (FLPP) and subsidized housing mortgages and key handover at Banten Indah Housing, here on Saturday.

According to the minister, accessibility is reflected in highly affordable financing schemes, allowing a range of professions, from educators, domestic workers (ART), to small traders, to own homes.
