Tangerang, Banten, Nov. 16 -- The Communication and Digital Affairs Ministry is urging Community Information Groups (KIM) to support the government regulation on electronic systems for child protection (PP Tunas) aimed at creating a safer digital environment for children.
Secretary of Public Information and Communication at the ministry, Mediodecci Lustarini, said here on Sunday that PP Tunas is designed to prevent online risks that threaten children, including cyberbullying, exposure to violent or pornographic content, and online exploitation.
"This regulation is a strategic step to protect children from the dangers of the digital world, ensuring they can access online spaces safely and responsibly," Lustarini said.
