Pekanbaru, Riau, July 29 -- Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka has called for strict monitoring of the disbursement of Wage Subsidy Assistance (BSU) funds to ensure recipients receive the aid in full.

He made the statement after reviewing the disbursement of BSU funds at the Pekanbaru Post Office, Riau, on Monday. He was accompanied by Riau Governor Abdul Wahid and Pekanbaru Mayor Agung Nugroho.

"Earlier, the governor and mayor also oversaw the BSU disbursement process. And in Pekanbaru, Riau, the disbursement process has gone smoothly, almost 100 percent done. I have a message: there should be no cuts; the disbursement process should run smoothly," Gibran added.
