Through the Vice Presidential Secretariat's Instagram account, Gibran emphasized the urgency of swiftly evacuating victims, ensuring the accurate delivery of essential logistics and basic goods to all affected areas, providing optimal medical services and adequate shelters, and fast-tracking the restoration of access to isolated regions.
