Jakarta, Nov. 27 -- Indonesian Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka has urged his aides to further improve the "Lapor Mas Wapres" (Report to Mr. VP) public complaint channel, positioning it as a reliable platform for effective and responsive policymaking.

"Mr. Vice President has instructed us to keep optimizing the roadmap for the 'Lapor Mas Wapres' channel to facilitate the formulation of policies," acting secretary for the vice president, Al Muktabar, stated in Jakarta on Thursday.
