Jakarta, Aug. 30 -- Leader of the Gerindra Fraction in the House of Representatives, Budisatrio Djiwandono, said that the fraction agrees on cutting members' incentives, which are deemed excessive and unjust by the public.

"Gerindra Fraction has heard public complaints and demands, particularly regarding incentives for House members, which is deemed unjust and harms public trust. Thus, we are ready to reassess and stop those incentives," he said here on Saturday.

Djiwandono also instructed the party's members in parliament to not make overseas work trips and instead meet people in person to listen to their aspirations.
