Indonesia, March 5 -- Southwest Papua Governor Elisa Kambu has confirmed that the free education program will be implemented across all educational units in the province from the new academic year in 2025.

According to Kambu, the free education program is part of the government's efforts to provide opportunities for all people to receive the right education.

"Free education will start from early childhood education, elementary, junior high, and high school, and vocational schools. This is our priority," he said in Sorong on Wednesday.
