Jakarta, Feb. 11 -- Deputy Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Veronica Tan said the Free Health Check-up (CKG) program for students can help build awareness of healthy lifestyles and prevent disease.

"CKG is an initial program, and the follow-up is how to build healthy habits and awareness of the importance of health," Tan said while reviewing the implementation of CKG at a school here on Tuesday (February 10).

Through the CKG program, students' dietary patterns and nutritional intake can be assessed.

"What they eat and how much they weigh are discussed through consultations to build awareness of healthy living," she said.
