Jakarta, March 27 -- The National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM) has presented four recommendations to address the terror act involving severed pig heads and dead rats sent to the Tempo media office.

During a press conference here on Thursday, Komnas HAM commissioner Anis Hidayah first urged the police to complete a quick, accurate, transparent, and accountable investigation and inquiry into the case.

"The second is to encourage witness and victim protection agencies to provide protection to the victims and witnesses related to the incident," she remarked.
