Jakarta, Jan. 13 -- English football manager John Herdman stated that a clear vision, quality players, and fanatic football fans played a factor in his decision to accept the invitation as the new coach for the Indonesian national football team.

During the Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) press conference in Jakarta on Tuesday, Herdman stated that his career is about "working with a federation that has the vision to take the country to a place that has never been before," and he believed Indonesia has such a spirit.
