Jakarta, Sept. 1 -- Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati expressed regret and conveyed commitment to evaluate and improve performance after her residence was looted by unidentified mob on Sunday (August 31).
"We apologize, there are certainly still many shortcomings. We will continue to improve," she wrote on her Instagram account @smindrawati on Monday.
She understood that building the country is a difficult task, and often challenging, as experienced by our nation's predecessors.
She also acknowledged that politics is a shared struggle for the nation's noble collective goals, while maintaining high ethics and morality.
