Jakarta, July 10 -- The Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Ministry has said that families have a crucial role in encouraging children to express their opinions confidently.
The ministry's assistant deputy for region I policy implementation coordination on child rights fulfillment, Devy Nia Pradhika, said here on Thursday that families must offer children opportunities to speak up and listen to them so that they have the confidence to speak before even larger audiences.
Moreover, families can foster this confidence by involving children in decision-making.
