Jakarta, July 10 -- The Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Ministry has said that it expects the upcoming National Children's Day (HAN) on July 23 to strengthen the spirit of unity and solidarity among children across Indonesia.
"All Indonesian children are brothers and sisters; all children are equal; Indonesian children are united as one," an official at the ministry, Devy Nia Pradhika, said here on Thursday.
She made the statement after attending a dialogue with representatives from the Children's Forum supported by Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI) in Jakarta.
