Jakarta, Nov. 7 -- The Environment Ministry (KLH) inaugurated a Public Complaint Post as a form of revitalization and improvement of services to the public and the environmental document licensing process.

Deputy Minister of Environment, Diaz Hendropriyono, during the inauguration in Jakarta on Friday, stated that his office wants to revitalize the public complaint post and the licensing services that have been in operation for several years.

"We believe that public complaint services can still be improved, so a mechanism is needed to expedite the reporting process," Diaz said.
