Jakarta, Nov. 4 -- The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology said its eight current research focus areas are being promoted to support the development of green jobs and sustainable development in Indonesia.

"There are eight national priorities that we are directing toward (sustainability). Green jobs are important because we hope that all areas of research incorporate awareness of protecting our environment," Director of Strategy and Transformative Learning Systems Ardi Findyartini said here on Tuesday.
