Jakarta, March 26 -- Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs Nezar Patria stated that the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) for network monitoring can optimize the quality of cellular operator services during the Eid al-Fitr celebrations.

"An AI-based monitoring allows for more stable and faster network services. Customers can enjoy reliable connectivity from five days before to seven days after Eid," he noted in a press statement here on Wednesday.

Patria indicated that one of the country's cellular operators, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH), has already implemented this technology to ensure optimal service quality monitoring.
