Denpasar, Bali, Sept. 2 -- Indonesian Culture Minister Fadli Zon encouraged cultural cooperation between Indonesia and Singapore, including in the inscription of intangible cultural heritage in the region.
This was conveyed during his meeting with the Minister of Culture, Community, and Youth of Singapore, David Neo, in Denpasar, Bali, on Tuesday, held ahead of the Culture, Heritage, Art, Narrative, Diplomacy, and Innovation (CHANDI) 2025 international conference.
"We hope there can be cooperation in the field of inscription with Singapore, similar to what Indonesia has already done with Thailand and Malaysia. We hope there will be joint activities to strengthen shared culture in Southeast Asia," he said.
