Indonesia, Feb. 17 -- The Nusantara Capital Authority (OIKN) stated that the construction of several key buildings in the core government area of the new capital city Nusantara in East Kalimantan continues to be carried out.

"The construction of the key buildings in Nusantara City is still ongoing," OIKN Head Basuki Hadimuljono confirmed in North Penajam Paser, East Kalimantan, on Monday.

Those key buildings include the Vice President's Palace, for which the project groundbreaking was carried out on August 12, 2024.

"The Presidential Secretariat's office is completed 100 percent, and the OIKN office will be complete in March 2025," Hadimuljono stated.
