Jakarta, Feb. 8 -- The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) ensures that the Integrated Cold Storage (ICS) system maintains fish quality for the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program.

"One example is the use of fish-based dishes in Kampar District, Riau," the ministry's Director General of Strengthening Marine and Fisheries Products Competitiveness, Budi Sulistyo, stated in an official statement on Friday (February 7).

According to Sulistyo, Kampar has an ICS facility managed by the fish processing unit PT Delta Mina Perkasa, with a capacity of 2 x 2.5 tons and an additional cold storage unit with a capacity of 2 x 50 tons.
