Jakarta, March 5 -- Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, Rini Widyantini, has said that the promotions of civil servant candidates (CPNS) will take place in October 2025.

She informed that this does not amount to a delay in promotions. Rather, it is meant to ensure that all CPNS can be appointed simultaneously, she explained.

According to Widyantini, the schedule was determined by considering state apparatus (ASN) placement and management to support priority development programs.

"It was just decided recently. The House of Representatives (DPR) and the government have agreed that everything will be prepared. CPNS (promotion) in October," she said after a hearing with DPR's Commission II at the Parliament Complex here on ...
