Jakarta, March 19 -- Minister of Cooperatives Budi Arie Setiadi announced that he had issued Circular Letter No. 1 of 2025, which provides guidelines for the establishment of cooperatives under the Red and White Village Cooperatives program.

The circular, signed by Setiadi on Tuesday (March 18), is addressed to governors, district heads, mayors, heads of regional offices overseeing cooperatives, and village leaders across Indonesia. It serves as a reference for these officials to implement the national program.
