Jakarta, June 13 -- Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (MA), Sunarto, has expressed his desire to keep Indonesia's judicial institutions free from any misconduct and warned he will dismiss court officials found demanding bribes in exchange for their services.

"My aspiration is that, with God's blessing, the Supreme Court and other judicial bodies will no longer employ officials who provide services in a transactional manner in the future. That is my big dream," he said in Jakarta on Friday.

He informed that he has communicated his desire to build a clean judiciary to President Prabowo Subianto and several other national institution leaders.
