Indonesia, Feb. 24 -- Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB) Rini Widyantini has stressed that bureaucratic reform is essential for supporting social welfare.

During her visit here on Monday, the minister said that bureaucracy is a key driver of development.

She then urged regional leaders to focus on initiatives to implement bureaucratic reform.
