Jakarta, Feb. 14 -- Minister of Social Affairs, Saifullah Yusuf, has assured that budget adjustments based on the presidential instruction on state budget and regional budget spending efficiency will not disrupt the ministry's performance.

"The principle of efficiency is not to interfere with public services," the minister, commonly known as Gus Ipul, said during a working meeting with Commission VIII of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) in Jakarta on Thursday.
