Jakarta, Nov. 28 -- The Domestic Policy Strategy Agency (BSKDN) of the Home Affairs Ministry emphasized that regional innovation must be built on accountability and effectiveness, and remain oriented toward public interest to ensure tangible benefits for communities.
"The principles of innovation are that it must not create conflicts of interest. It must be public interest-oriented, implemented transparently, meet propriety standards, and be accountable," BSKDN Head Yusharto Huntoyungo said in a statement on Thursday.
He delivered the remarks during a webinar on innovation discussion and evaluation held by the Jambi Provincial Government.
