Jakarta, June 7 -- The Indonesian Embassy (KBRI) in Bandar Seri Begawan reported that hundreds of Indonesian citizens performed Eid al-Adha prayers on June 7, 2025, following the decision of the Brunei Darussalam Government.

According to a press release from KBRI Bandar Seri Begawan received in Jakarta on Saturday, the decision was made after the crescent moon was sighted at four locations and subsequently approved by the Chief Justice of Sharia and the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Brunei Darussalam.
