Jakarta, Feb. 20 -- The National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), through its public-private partnership (PPP) project for the National Research Vessel Fleet, is encouraging collaboration between the government and private entities to develop research vessels that meet international standards.
In a statement issued here on Friday, BRIN Head Arif Satria said modernizing the research vessel fleet is a strategic necessity to strengthen Indonesia's position as a science-based maritime nation while enhancing national research capacity, capability, and synergy.
