Jakarta, Jan. 15 -- National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) is preparing to formulate future technology projections aimed at ensuring Indonesia's industrialization strategy remains aligned with technological developments through 2030, 2040, and 2050.
BRIN Head Arif Satria said on Thursday that the effort is being carried out through the development of a future technology forecast, aimed at predicting and projecting technologies with long-term growth potential.
The projections are intended to prevent industrial investments from becoming technologically outdated by the time production facilities are fully operational.
