Jakarta, June 17 -- The National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) has invited all members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) to participate in developing the space ecosystem in the region.

At an event on "Building the Space Ecosystem in Southeast Asia," in Jakarta on Tuesday, BRIN's deputy for development policy, Anugerah Widiyanto, emphasized the importance of building an inclusive and sustainable space sector in Southeast Asia.

The event was organized by the ASEAN Sub-Committee on Space Technology and Applications (SCOSA), Indonesia.
