Jakarta, Oct. 14 -- The Indonesian Supreme Audit Board (BPK) and the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) have agreed to strengthen synergy in overseeing the implementation of the government's strategic programs and policies.
In a statement cited here on Tuesday, the BPK stated that both institutions share the same view on the importance of ensuring transparency and accountability in the use of state funds, particularly in programs on food and energy security as well as water management.
